The Family Support Service at The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice offers care, advice, and support, for adults, children, and young people living with the impact of a life limiting, or life shortening illness. The multi- disciplinary team provides practical, emotional and spiritual pre and post bereavement care through one-to- one and group support.
