Edinburgh Community Yoga

ECY is a yoga not for profit offering yoga programmes in prisons, psychiatric units and with the third sector. We also run a programme of subsidisef public yoga classes and training for yoga teachers. We are beginning to develop the idea of a yoga mentorship and scholarship programme for people from our outreach programmes who might be interested in learning more about yoga. We are keen to do this in partnership with organisations that support people with employability skills. We think the first step of this is to be able to offer a yoga mentor to people who would like to explore yoga outwith their outreach programme, for example at a studio or by attending a course.
