Amanda is the Network Development and Support Officer for Scottish Mentoring Network. She studied at Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh and has a Degree in Health Promotion as well as completing an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social care (Children and Young People).
Before taking up her role at SMN she worked at the Rock Trust for the almost nine years. There Amanda developed the mentoring programme for the Rock Trust, which involved creating a training programme for the mentors, as well as matching and line managing the mentors. Amanda has also successfully completed the SMN Quality Award for the Rock Trust.
Amanda is responsible for the development and maintenance of the thematic and geographic networks across Scotland.
