SMN: European Centre for Evidence-Based Mentoring Short Course

Last month SMN's Strategic Development Manager, Iain Forbes, visited the European Centre for Evidence-Based Mentoring in Leeuwarden in the Netherlands to participate in a two-day short-course on programme evaluation and monitoring, lead by Professor Jean Rhodes.
As part of the course Iain delivered a presentation on the role of SMN, the ways we support our members, our strategic work and our Project Quality Award. There was great interest in the work of SMN and particularly in our Quality Award and further discussions will be taking place between SMN and the centre in the near future.
