FUNDING: Aspirational Awards - Grants for Care Experienced Young People

The Life Changes Trust's Aspirational Awards is a grant scheme aimed at supporting care experienced people aged 21-26 to think big about their future and transform their lives with a significant grant to help them reach their potential. The third round of funding is now open and applications are being accepted until Sunday 10 December 2017.
The Aspirational Awards will fund applications which:
- Are likely to have a long-term, positive impact on the life of the applicant
- Will support the applicant to achieve their aspirations in life
- Will help the applicant to progress in something they have already made steps towards achieving.
Applicants who were successful in previous rounds included applications for funding to start businesses; specialized qualifications such as mechanics and tree surgeons; personal development courses; photography equipment; volunteering abroad; specialist make-up and baking courses.
