SMN: Congratulations to the latest SMN Quality Award Approved Projects

20 December 2018

In the past few months two member projects have achieved accreditation for our Project Quality Award and one member project has achieved re-accreditation status.

We would like to congratulate:

GrowBiz Perthshire Enterprise Mentoring Support

Queen Margaret University Employer Mentoring Programme

Volunteer Glasgow

Achieving the SMN Project Quality Award demonstrates that projects are applying good practice to all aspects of their work.  The standard is designed around six core quality practice elements and each element addresses the performance level a project is expected to demonstrate in order to achieve the Quality Standard.

1. Matching purpose with performance
2. Managing resources and accountability
3. Putting the client first
4. Providing committed mentors
5. Employing skilled staff
6. Active safeguarding
