FUNDING: The True Colours Trust - Small Grants Scheme - UK

The programme is to provide support for children and young adults, from the age range 0-26 years. The Trustees are particularly keen to support:

Hydrotherapy pools, multi-sensory rooms, mini buses, young carers projects, sibling projects, bereavement support, specialised play equipment This is an indication only, projects outside of this list which provide support for children and young people with disabilities, and those with complex health care needs will also be considered.

Applications for small grants should be made using the online application form or alternatively you may complete the downloadable version of the form and either return by post or email.
