This paper is about mentoring in the NHS. It is the result of a collaborative effort by many people working together in the NHS and the NHSU to make sense of mentoring. The idea for this paper emerged serveral months ago as the authors began to think and talk about experiances of mentoring as a model of learning support in the workplace.
