Funding: Dundee area: Alexander Moncur Trust

The Trustees of the Alexander Moncur Trust have wide discretionary powers to use the Trust funds for charitable purposes in Scotland and/or England but in practice they tend to favour giving funding to charitable organisations which have specific projects in the Dundee and Tayside area. In 2010, nearly 50 grants were awarded to organisations totalling over 165,000 pounds. The largest grant awarded was 9,000 pounds to Dundee Samaritans.
