01 Dec Operation Youth Advantage+ is a new and inspiring youth organisation that helps vulnerable young people to build their self esteem and confidence through positive, structured support which aims to increase their employment prospects and widen opportunities in their life. Buddies will have a wide range of life experiences and have the skills and the desire to work alongside a young person along the path to employment and stability. OYA+ is holding Induction Evenings in Glasgow and Edinburgh for people who are interested in learning more about the Buddy Scheme. The Induction Evenings will give potential Buddies the chance to meet the OYA+ team, learn more about becoming a Buddy with OYA+, and to register for the PVG Scheme.
