The Magic of Mentoring Conference

26th March (9am - 1.30pm)

Hanover Conference Centre, Edinburgh.

This event will celebrate the magic of mentoring and provide the chance for individuals to network informally, share experiences & learn new techniques & best practice. There will be a mixture of speakers, workshops and table discussions on the day covering topics on: Setting goals and learning from mistakes, Endings - Knowing When & How, Boundaries and Confidentiality, Mentor Supervision, Coaching/Mentoring/Counselling - Getting Clear, Staying Clear, Reverse Mentoring, Quality Standards

It will be an engaging & reflective event for existing mentors, those interested in becoming mentors now or in the future, or those running mentoring programmes within their own organisation. A mix of different mentoring programmes from across Scotland will be represented on the day including those from third, public and the private sector.
