The company's activities will provide benefit to girls and women through an intergenerational membership community of interest within the Scottish Borders, and wider, subject to geographical expansion linked to our development and growth.

The company will re-establish a collaborative and co-operation infrastructure, along with support, which will enable girls and women to flourish and achieve their aspirations, facilitating an informal infrastructure that has widely been eroded through the ages causing the isolation, inequalities and competitive or comparative cultures that are widely evident in today's communities and society.

The company will achieve this through focusing on five ages of females:

Girls aged 11 to 18 years - the group will be called Erin

Young women aged 19 to 22 years - the group will be called Lara

Women aged 23 to 39 years - the group will be called Lauren

Women aged 40 to 64 years - the group will be called Emily

Women aged 65+ the group will be called Christine

And five themes of support:

Engaging females as part of our community with regular and relevant communications
