Developing Young Workforce Perth & Kinross - Resolutions

Our parent project is the regional Developing Young Workforce employer group for Perth and Kinross.

We are developing a pilot mentoring programme called Resolutions for pupils who are disinterested in school and at risk of negative destinations. They will be mentored by small business owners or experienced mentors.

The aim is to help the young people refocus and either stay on in education productively or move into work.

The mentoring will be backed up by other sessions about life skills, self-awareness, growth mind-set and developing an enterprising attitude.
