1:1 mentoring between refugee/asylum seeker and someone who works in an area of work they are interested in gaining experience in.
Mentees are refugees or asylum seekers living in Stirling or Clackmannanshire who are looking for work. Mentors will be employees of local companies who can share their expertise in a relevant area of work.
