Glasgow Caledonian University Staff Mentoring Community

The main activities of our collective project are as follows:

• Experienced teaching staff mentoring new and/or inexperienced teachers
• Supervisors of doctoral researchers providing mentoring support
• Research staff being mentored by more experienced researchers
• Experienced staff, across all staff groupings, mentoring women, and those who identify as women, on the Aurora women's leadership programme
• Experienced senior and executive staff mentoring managers on the GCU Transformational Leadership Programme (TLP)

The mentoring community is circa 150 staff operating in a mentoring capacity.
