Glasgow Caledonian University - MEtime HLS Network

MEtime HLS Network was set-up to give all members of staff across the School of Health and Life Sciences an opportunity to engage with mentoring as a way of developing their portfolios and enhancing their personal and career development. The main activities are:

• Regular Mentorship training for all staff
• Speed mentoring workshops to facilitate mentoring partnerships
• HLS GCU Mentoring Community site that links to a range of mentoring resources to aid the facilitation of mentoring
• Access to details and areas of experience of trained mentors
• Monitoring and evaluating engagement with MEtime HLS through regular surveys
