Includem

Includem is a Scottish youth support charity that works with young people to help them transform their lives. We provide intensive, bespoke support to young people and families in challenging circumstances. Our model of support is based upon building solid relationships of trust. Through this approach we are able to help young people make positive life choices and progress towards the type of future they want to live.

We work with social services, schools and criminal justice services to identify which young people could benefit from our support. We then engage with the young person and their family or carer to develop a package of support, tailored to their specific needs. Our support is offered 24/7 and is unique to each individual - there is no 'one size fits all' when it comes to helping children, young people and families to achieve positive outcomes.
