Liber8 (Lanarkshire) Ltd.

Historically Liber8's mission was to improve the health, well-being and the quality of people's lives and the majority of our work was based on community capacity building; training community representatives to recognised qualifications and in turn delivering services through volunteers. Since this initial period in 2004, Liber8 has grown into one of the largest charitable organisations in Lanarkshire, remaining true to our roots we continue to provide a range of quality services across Lanarkshire.

Our vision and continued belief is based on the enduring fundamentals of service provision and the ethos held within Liber8, which are;

• open access available to everyone;
• choice for clients;
• the improvement of the health and well-being for all
• quality assurance to provide the best quality service to those most in need.

We provide:

• a mentoring project
• a detached diversionary youth service;
• provide pilot and research service
• supported volunteer programme
• student placement programme.

In addition, we have a health and leisure centre which has a fully equipped gymnasium, saunas and a dance studios.
