LOOK UK

LOOK UK is a small National Charity with a BIG heart, supporting young people with visual impairments across the UK. Our services focus on providing fun, engaging and peer led opportunities to enable young people with visual impairment needs to thrive. Our mentor service gives young people with visual impairments the opportunity to connect with a peer mentor with similar lived experience. They have a safe, friendly and young person led connection to navigate topics such as developing self advocacy skills, improving their access to learning and / or technology and reducing their experience of isolation. Mentees are aged between 11 and 29 and mentors are 18 to 35.
