Paragon Music- Groove

The Groove mentoring programme enables young people and adults to achieve their creative potential as musicians and/or dancers. Through regular one-to-one sessions, mentees are supported in achieving their aspirations, whether these be to create new work, study or work in the industry, perform in public, or simply immerse themselves in music or dance. Sessions generally take place every two weeks, in a music or dance studio or other venue which suits both the mentor and mentee. Groove creates truly inclusive opportunities for people to engage in their chosen art form, and aims to break down barriers to the creative arts.
