One of RCH Group's strategic objectives is "engaged employees" and developing a mentoring programme supported by the received training by Scottish Mentoring Network will help us on our journey to achieving this.

The mentoring programme will create learning opportunities for both participants, encouraging sharing and learning across generations and/or between roles. This is very important to RCH Group as we heavily invest in our Young People and have created 17 Apprenticeship opportunities in 2022 and 2023. We will initially focus our mentoring programme on our young people only.

RCH Group comprises of River Clyde Homes (RCH) and Home Fix Scotland (HFS), RCH is an affordable housing provider and HFS is our in-house repairs and maintenance company. The creation of RCH Group allowed us to bring our work in-house, carried out by a specialist team. RCH Group employs nearly 300 staff, including 60 specialist trade operatives
