Stay Bright

One to one mentoring sessions for young people in work. Begins with six sessions, then batches of three thereafter. Designed to complement the support the employee gets from their line manager, providing a confidential space to discuss and explore their experiences, opportunities and challenges within their role.

Mentoring training - Due to be launched in the next few months. Trains staff to become mentors within the workplace. Stay Bright Mentoring then supports them as they begin their mentoring journey.
