Our organisation is a Higher Education Institution. Our mentoring-related projects include:

• Multiple mentoring programmes for different staff and student cohorts, including supporting 'access' students from under-privileged backgrounds, and other programmes running collaboratively with other Universities
• A staff coaching programme run with the University of Aberdeen
• An online mentoring platform which hosts all our mentoring and coaching programmes and which is also used by other organisations
• Organising occasional mentoring events and conferences regionally and nationally

We have experience of setting up and managing numerous mentoring programmes within our own institution and have provided advice and training to other Universities.

We have developed a particular interest in management of mentoring programmes, including establishing good practice principles for effective mentoring programmes, efficient systems and process workflows.
