Working Rite

Working Rite CIC (Community Interest Company) is a social enterprise with its head office in Edinburgh. We are recognised leaders in the field of work-based learning and mentoring for 16-18 year old young people, who are not in education, employment or training. We have pioneered a placement programme that matches up youngsters with small businesses for 6 months in full-time work experience and learning under the daily supervision of a designated mentor - their first boss.
