Member News: A mentor's point of view

Third Force News, the voice of Scotland's third sector, recently interviewed ACOSVO's Philippa Bonella about her experiences as a mentor in ACOSVO's mentoring programme for Chief Officers and senior staff in Scotland's third sector.
Philippa had worked in the third sector for over twenty years before setting up her own business to help charities to improve their strategies, planning and governance. Chief Executive of ACOSVO, Pat Armstrong gave Philippa advice when she was starting her own business and asked her to consider becoming a mentor for ACOSVO members.
After one successful mentoring match, Philippa is now working with a second mentee.
