NEWS: SMN has created a resource to help mentoring projects with online service delivery

At SMN we have been working hard to bring projects a guide to migrating your mentoring programme to an online method of delivery after the Government announced that all non essential work should be done from home to help curb the spread of the Coronavirus.
We know that our members are the experts on delivering mentoring programmes, so we see this document as a starting point. For some of our members, enabling mentoring matches to meet online is not a new thing, so if you have any tips to share we would love to hear from you!
We are inviting all our members to contribute to an appendix to this document. We would love to know:
- What have been your biggest challenges of moving your mentoring project online?
- What have been the best successes of moving your mentoring project online?
- What solutions or top tips would you share from your experience of moving your mentoring project online?
