NEWS: OSCR: One in 5 charities faces collapse

Third Force News have recently reported on OSCR's research on the views from charities across Scotland about the impact on them from COVID-19. The research was conducted via a survey and was aiming to find out how OSCR could support charities at this time, and to understand the impact of COVID-19 on the charities at this time.
The research summary found that one of the key findings was that half of respondents (51%) had said that they had lost fundraising income as a direct result of COVID-19, and 75% of respondents had seen their finances impacted.
It has also been reported that whilst charities are facing financial difficulties, demand for services have skyrocketed, further exacerbating the strain on services.
