MEMBER NEWS: Rock Trust are Recruiting for a Peer Mentoring Project Worker

Our members Rock Trust are recruting for a Peer Mentoring Project Worker! The Peer Mentoring Project Worker will complement therapeutic support within the Health & Wellbeing Team by recruiting and training volunteers to work along-side the therapists, increasing access to services. This includes setting goals specific to the young person’s needs relating to self-development, connecting with others, learning and work and physical health. Through weekly meetings, peer mentors will develop a positive, meaningful relationship aimed at improving the young person’s mental wellbeing, social confidence and reducing isolation.
