Maureen Watson to Step Down as Chief Executive Officer

The Scottish Mentoring Network announces that Maureen Watson will be stepping down from her role as Chief Executive Officer on Friday, 30th January 2026.

Maureen has made a significant contribution to the work and development of the Scottish Mentoring Network during her time as CEO. Her leadership, commitment, and dedication have played an important role in supporting and strengthening mentoring practice across Scotland.

On behalf of the Board and the wider Network, we would like to thank Maureen for her valuable contribution and wish her every success and happiness in the future.

We will be recruiting for a new Chief Executive Officer, details of which will be provided via the SMN website on Monday, 2nd February 2026.
