Our member ACOSVO is hosting an information session for their Leadership Exchange Programme on the 9th of Februrary! The Leadership Exchange Programme pairs leaders from third, public and private sectors to provide insights in to other sectors.

ACOSVO Leadership Exchange Programme pairs leaders across Scotland at middle, senior and executive levels to offer them brief cross sector exchanges gaining an insight into a different sector.
It's a chance to gain mutual mentoring, share best practice and learning, gain a fresh perspective, encourage collaborative working, build new relationships and discuss your challenges, future plans and strategy with someone outside your current world of work.
With new working models, adapting your work habits and trying to keep your teams engaged despite months of working from home, peer learning among leaders has never been so needed. Although hybrid working and virtual meetings have created some challenges this new way of working has resulted in wonderful opportunities for cross-sector learning, opening even more doors and insights.
