Breaking the Barriers, Good Practice in Mentoring: European Guidelines

Funded by the ESF, EQUAL tests new ways of tackling discrimination and inequality experienced by those in work and those looking for a job. This booklet aims to share experiances of running mentoring programmes with evidence of good practice as highlighted in case studies of women involved in mentoring within non-traditional careers.
