E-Mentoring: Is It Good for Entrepreneurial Learning?

Electronic Mentoring or E Mentoring, although becoming established in some fields, is still relativley new in the area of supporting entrepreneurs. This paper aims to stimluate the debate amongst academics, policy makers and entrepreneurs; review some of the literature on E-Mentoring and the approach to learning that entrepreneurs have hirtherto traditionally taken.
