Group mentoring, in which mentors meet regularly with small groups of young people, is an approach that is gaining popularity. About 20% of mentoring programs in the USA today serve at least some youth in a group format. This report looks at: What is group mentoring? Can positive relationships develop between mentors and young people in the group setting? Arguments for and against group mentoring.
