This pack, designed by agencies in 5 European Union countries, is intended to improve training schemes and materials for mentors operating in the vocational education and training sectors across the European Union. The pack utilises a range of training approaches and materials developed to enhance the profile and competency of mentors, to enable them to improve the quality of support given to mentees.
