Mentoring: A Promising Strategy for Youth Development

This U.S research brief reviews 10 studies of youth mentoring programmes and concludes that mentoring programmes can be effective tools for enhancing the positive development of young people. It then usefully lists the areas this applies to. The research also sounds some cautionary notes.
