Mentoring for Chairs: A review of 4 approaches to mentoring for chairs

Recent research into the needs of chairs and vice-chairs of voluntary and community organisations showed a pronounced interest in mentoring support. As a response the Governance Hub commissioned a mentoring pilot programme to explore different approaches to mentoring. This report describes how these different mentoring schemes worked and shares the learning.
