North of Scotland GP Mentoring and Co-Mentoring Scheme

This scheme was started in 1999 by Miles Mack a GP in Dingwall. The aim was to create, foster and support the use of mentoring relationships by GPs as a means of personal support, problem solving and professional development. This pack provides information and advice on the scheme.
