Step Into Leadership Mentoring Resources to Support Professional Development

The Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) has produced a range of mentoring and coaching resources together with links to action learning developments and a leadership exchange programme designed to support professional development. The resources include a general mentoring guide, which can be used by employers, managers and staff whop work in social services to develop and support mentoring in the workplace.
