Under the Microscope - Data, charities and working with offenders

Charity thinktank New Philanthropy Capital (NCP) has recently published a paper entitled 'Under the Microscope: Data, Charities and Working with Offenders' which aims to examine the progress made so far by charities in England and Wales working to reduce re-offending and makes recommendations for ways that criminal justice charities can strengthen their work in the future.
