SMN: Promoting Effective Mentoring in Scotland

Scottish Mentoring Network is gathering evidence to demonstrate the impact of mentoring in Scotland. The aim is to produce a publication which can we used both for the benefit of members in discussions with policy makers, funders and other stakeholders and by SMN nationally in promoting the effective use of mentoring.

We want to show the variety and range of mentoring across Scotland and the positive impact that mentoring has on both mentees and mentors. We know that properly structured and resourced mentoring programmes really do work and provide lasting benefits to those involved. We need your evidence to help support this publication.
