Scottish Mentoring Network has published its second issue of the Mentoring Works in Scotland Evaluation report, first presented at the SMN National Event and Recognition Awards 2015, in Edinburgh on Wednesday 4th November 2015. This report has been compiled using data gathered from members who use our Evaluation Framework and highlights the spread and impact of mentoring across Scotland. The data used in the report was gathered from 41 member organisations and the more members that contribute in the future will enable us to produce more in-depth reports.
