She joins us at a critical time for the organisation and will continue to ensure that the organisation meets the needs of our membership, by focusing on critical areas such as raising awareness of the impact of mentoring and influencing local and national government. Mo brings a wealth of experience and a passion to overcome the challenges ahead. I am confident that SMN will continue to thrive under her leadership.”

“I am really pleased to be joining SMN at such an exciting time in its history.  SMN is a vibrant organisation and I feel extremely privileged to be appointed as chief executive. I hope to meet with as many SMN members and stakeholders as I can in the coming weeks and months. I am looking forward to working with my fantastic staff team and Board to deliver and develop the services and support our members need to showcase the great outcomes that high quality mentoring delivers for people across Scotland.”
